基于MBSE的风洞数字化研制模式构建及实现

Construction and implementation of digital wind tunnel developing mode based on MBSE

  • 摘要: 现代数字化技术正在引发航空航天领域发展模式的巨大变革,风洞作为飞行器的摇篮,其研制必须深刻把握数字化发展新趋势,积极主动适应基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)的数字化研制模式,着力推动风洞设计、建设及运维的数字化转型。本文介绍了国内外相关行业基于MBSE的研制情况及应用效果,对当前风洞的数字化研制现状进行了对比分析,指出了现有研制模式的不足,在此基础上构建了基于MBSE的风洞数字化研制模式,并详细介绍了该模式下的设计、建设、运维流程及其在某大型风洞研制上的应用探索。最后,为满足基于模型的风洞数字化研制需求,构建了协同设计与仿真平台,为进一步提升风洞数字化研制水平提供了有效支撑。

     

    Abstract: A huge change in the development mode of the aerospace field is happening due to modern digital technology. As the cradle of aircraft, the development of wind tunnel must deeply grasp the new trend of digital development, actively adapt to the digital development mode of model-based system engineering (MBSE), and strive to promote the digital transformation of wind tunnel design, construction and operation. This paper introduces the development and application results based on MBSE in relevant industries at home and abroad, compares and analyzes the current situation of digital development of wind tunnels, points out the shortcomings of the existing development mode, and constructs a digital development mode based on MBSE. The design, construction, operation, and maintenance process of this model and its application in the development of a large wind tunnel are introduced in detail. Finally, in order to meet the requirements of model-based digital development of wind tunnels, a collaborative design and simulation platform is constructed, which provides effective support for further improving the level of digital development of wind tunnels.
