Verification of a pneumatic load measurement method based on an intelligent flexible pressure measuring tape

Abstract
Flight load verification is of great significance to aircraft design and development. In order to meet the test verification needs of new aircraft, this paper proposes an aerodynamic load measurement method based on an intelligent flexible pressure measuring tape through flight test verification needs analysis. The measurement method is verified by using CFD and EFD technologies and other means. The conventional wind tunnel pressure measurement data verification is completed, and the pressure measuring tape and conventional scanning valve pressure measuring equipment are compared and verified through low-speed wind tunnel tests. The pressure measuring tape data acquisition is completed, and the impact of the modified shape of the pressure measuring tape is evaluated. By comparing and verifying the pressure data and integral results of each pressure measuring point, The results indicate that the data measured by the pressure tapes are authentic and reliable, with the measurement error of aerodynamic load not exceeding 3.0%. The flight test shows that it can meet the test needs of the flight test, and this method can be applied to the pressure distribution measurement of the flight test.
